To help us accommodate all guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations (48 hours for appointments lasting 3 hours or longer). This allows us sufficient time to offer your spot to another client. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (48 hours for longer appointments) or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
